Often times we must go through some things to get to some things. And during these times of adversity, we have to take the experience and see it for what its worth.  Going through something is exactly that, Going Through! Its not the end, often times it is the beginning. Things fall apart to make room for the new and improved. Its like a tunnel You Have To Go Through to reach the other side. No way around it. The things we go through are often preparation for whats ahead.   I will Leave you with this No Gaul No Glory  No Thorns No Throne No Pain No Psalm No Cross No Crown! We have all had our crosses to bear, sooo learn the lesson and turn what was your mess into your message!

Self Esteem, simple concept right? I wonder? I once heard a comic say "How can I mess up how you feel about you?" And he was right how can another person mess up how you feel about yourself? Simple if the bad feelings are already there, then what others say just adds fuel to the already burning flames. What others think about you is none of your business. Your opinion of yourself is what matters. So keep a positive outlook about yourself flaws and all! Show yourself Love! Pat yourself on the back and say "Good Job" Don't wait for others to validate your worth. Your worth is based on you and not them! There is nothing wrong with buying yourself flowers or treating yourself to something nice.  Don't let the opinions of others spoil who you are. Remember this They Hate you because They Ain't You!

Inspiration is a funny thing, because its individual. Different things Inspire us in different ways.  In order to keep the Inspiration flowing we must surround ourselves with the images that inspire us. May it be Quotes, Pictures, etc.  I keep my Inspiration by keeping a Vision Board in my bed room. Its filled with pictures of people who inspire me, my goals lists, things I want to try for the first time. Having these things in plain sight makes it easier to focus in on them, and not get caught up in the negative things. This may not work for you but its just a suggestion. Don't be afraid to think outside the box and be inspired!

As I have said in the past many of us live behind masks. Because we don't want others to know that deep down we do suffer. Whats on your mind? Where do your thoughts dwell? Our thoughts have the ability to make us and break us. When you are overly negative, you sabotage yourself from getting to a better place. We all have a story. Some of us have been thru the fire....literally But the fact that we have made it thru is what should be applauded. But if you have problems in life, just PAUSE..... But never ever touch the EJECT because that is withdrawal from one's happiness, or even quitting from one's life.
