We Can't be Friends?

Ok let's dig in. 

I've gotten a lot of flack for my continuing to cut people off. Now some I can't take credit for that was All God. And I'm thankful. Thank you Lord for your protection, and redirection. 

Be careful what you ask for, you get it cause you asked for it. 

I asked God to protect me from my enemies and I started losing friends, is one of the realist quotes. Why because it is the truth! Simple. 

Sometimes you must separate to see. Some people in our lives mean us absolutely No Good. But we are so caught up in she been my friend since the womb. That we miss the fact that the friendship isn't bearing any fruit. Or the person is really a horrible influence. 

And yes as an adult it is up to you to make your decisions, but as humans we lean towards fitting in with the crowd. 

Well newsflash......you may want to get you a new crowd. 

I've learned as a Child of God I'd rather be an OutCast now then Cast Out later. 

I need Him to say Well Done. And if that means that what I do or how I choose to live my life isn't pleasing to you, You or YOU, oh well! Pleasing y'all wont get me in. Pleasing people isn't what keeps me. God s Grace and Mercy..... My Lord is what keeps me. 

When you decide to follow Christ, it's amazing the responses you get. I thought people would be proud and happy for me, that I found this joy that no amount of money could buy. Ha yea right they were too concerned with me not going to the club anymore, not having sex anymore, not sitting around idle engaging in worthless conversations.

In order to effectively do these things I had to let go of some things. Strip away the layers of destructive/distractive living 

Which meant leaving some so-called friendships alone. 

Colossians 3-10 And have put on the new man/woman which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created Him. 

Whenever the Bible is heard and obeyed,lives are changed. It's so much more than a collection of interesting facts; it is the Power of God to everyone who believes. 

James 1-22 But be doers of the Word (obey the message) and not merely listeners to it betraying yourselves (into deception by reasoning contrary to the truth) 

When God speaks we are to mobilize not rationalize! 

Trust God not Human reason. 

Ephesians 5-11 And have no fellowship with unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

I under no circumstance think I'm better than anyone Except the me of Yesterday, the me of Last week, Last Month and even Last Year. 

I want to be All God has intended for me, because I know it's beyond anything I can even imagine. He intends for our lives to be abundant and living in a box of stereotypes carved out by someone else's thoughts of me isn't what God had in mind.

So my connections are based on Gods best for me, and if that isn't you right now it's nothing personal, know that I pray diligently for you, but can't be entertained by you. 

Recognize the tree by the fruit. 

I want fruit drenched in the Grace of God, not Society's Garbage! So I must guard my heart at all cost, in order to maintain the seeds that are planted in it. 

One foot in the Kingdom and one in the World ain't gonna cut it! 

Your copy paste ministry ain't gonna get it, your re-tweet/re-post /re-gram/screen shot ministry will Not cut it. 

Btw....People are going to talk and throw dirt for as long as you live, and they will also throw dirt on your casket when you die! Some things never change ;)
