Being Positive 

Keeping a positive outlook isn't the easiest thing to do. I know personally I have my moments. 

And in those moments you have to shift that atmosphere! I know during our daily lives everyone can't have a full blown praise break! (I'm known for doing this at work) But for times when  I can't..........

I made a habit of keeping shifters with me. 

Your probably like what's a shifter? A shifter is different for everyone. For me I have a couple that work for me.

I love music so I have specific play lists that are shifters for me. 

My entire home is full of positive quotes, I also keep quotes and scriptures written on note cards that are shifters for me. 

But the strongest shifter of all, is when I look back over my life, at all the times and things that should have taken me out, things that would have sent anyone else into Bellevue Hospital (for those non New Yorkers that hospital is known for its psych ward) 

But God! He kept me, He walked with me, He talked with me, He held my hand, He comforted me, even when I couldn't acknowledge Him in my ways, even when I didn't have a song of praise in my heart. He heard my cries and gave me peace in a world of chaos. Whhhooooo wow God! I can feel it just typing it. 

Before I gave my life back to Christ(because it always belonged to Him)  my friends would look to me for an encouraging word or something positive during a negative time. So I started sending out daily text messages. The KiraFab TidBit To encourage, inspire, and overall make you think. They weren't received by everyone. Which is fine. People have to be in a place where they are open and receptive to receive. And some weren't, but those who were, inspired me. 

Some would write back like that message was right on time, or just to see some of them putting it into action in their lives let me know I'm doing something right. 

Over time I've been through some things and learned some things, so  here are some TidBits that get me through. I hope they truly bless you as they have blessed me.

13)Stop saying he/she ruined your self esteem It's called SELF ESTEEM!  How can someone else mess up how you feel about you? If you don't love and respect and believe in yourself, you can't possibly expect someone else to!

29) You are not a garbage can, so stop allowing people to dump their garbage(negative junk) in your spirit!
