The Lost Tribe Of REAL Woman

I have touched on this topic in the past, and due to current events felt the need to revisit it. In the year 2011 I have come across many situations that have made me ask the question, "where are all the real women?" In a time downtrodden with the insurgence of reality television. The images of Real Women doing Real things are few and far in between. It seems as society has embraced the images of women fighting and gossiping and crabbing* each other as the norm. But did I miss the memo or something? I wasn't aware that this was the way to carry yourself as a woman, a mother, a sista, a friend...ect. Since when did it become ok to not be happy with yourself so you drag down every and anyone around you? Quoting Basketball Wives, Love & Hip Hop, and Nicki Minaj like its sacred grail. Catchy one liners for tee shirts is not what life should be made of. There was a time when a Woman could compliment another Woman not knowing her personally, but just out of respect...
